What are your available hours for appointments?
Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm
Before dropping by please call to assure we are open. Other times may be available on a case-by-case basis. Our procedures are readily available to you after work. We work with you to best serve your needs.
Do I need to make an appointment during regular open hours?
Appointments are recommended to assure that we will be able to accommodate your needs.
Is there a charge for consultations?
To better educate our clients we offer complimentary consultations with our esthetician. Consultations with our diet coach are complimentary with the purchase of the diet., otherwise there is a $125.00 consultation fee. A physician consultation is $125.00.
How will I know what treatments are best for me?
That will be explained in detail during your complimentary consultation with one of our skin care specialists. Keep in mind, that it is difficult to “guess” what will most benefit you over the phone. We strongly encourage you to come see us in person so that we may best be able to identify your concerns and make our recommendations to you.
Are the treatments expensive?
We have many affordable payment options for cosmetic procedures. Convenient payment plans are offered so you can get started immediately with little or no impact on your monthly budget. We also accept all the major credit cards.
Who does the procedures?
Your procedure will be done by either Dr. Dayle A. Imperato or one of our other highly trained licensed professionals under direct physician supervision.
When should I arrive?
Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that your paper work can be filled out and you are not rushed. It creates a more restful experience for you and also allows us the time to address any concerns or questions you may have.
What if I am running late for an appointment?
Call as soon as you know you will be late and we will determine with you whether we have time to complete your procedure or whether we need to reschedule your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a treatment?
We appreciate advanced notice of any needed cancellation to ensure that the time of our physician and other staff is efficiently utilized. We kindly request 24 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduled appointment. There will be a $125.00 fee for a missed appointment and a credit will be required for future appointments. We, of course, understand that emergencies do occur and will consider these on a case by case basis. We appreciate your understanding.
Are there any age requirements?
A client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent to receive spa services. A client accompanied by a parent must be at least 14 years old.
What products are available for purchase?
We sell Medical Grade Skin Care products (Belladerm Cosmeceuticals) and that can only be found in select physician’s offices.
Recapture that Youthful Skin Glow with Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a quick, noninvasive procedure which gently exfoliates the top layer of dead skin cells, resurfacing the skin and promoting the formation of newer, smoother, clearer, more radiant skin. As the dead skin cells are exfoliated more of your skin care products can pass through it reaching the dermis, where all new skin originates from. Treatments are usually provided in a series in one to two week intervals. Follow up care may include monthly maintenance sessions. This gentle and progressive program involves no downtime and improves many facial conditions.

Chemical Peels
Your epidermis is your body’s natural protection against infections and is made up of dead cells packed very tightly acting as a barrier to the outside world. As your skin ages, this barrier or wall gets more compact and allows for less and less penetration of nutrients. This means that nutrients contained in cosmeceuticals have a difficult time “passing through” the wall to nourish the dermis (as little as 5 to10% of product applied to your skin actually reaches the dermis to fulfill its function). This is why medical grade products should be used in preference to over the counter or day spa products. Several technologies have been developed to ensure better product penetration through your epidermis.
Chemical peels dissolve the bonds between cells, making the wall more porous and further increasing product intake by the dermis. These are great additions to microdermabrasion and can be performed in the same session. A specific chemical peel based on your skin’s balance and needs will be chosen by our skin care specialists.
The combination of microdermabrasion and a chemical peel is called a micropeel. This combination will also help remove blackheads, reduce pore size, diminish acne scarring and give your skin a smoother, softer appearance.
